According to O.S. Title 68, Subsection 3403 through Subsection 3406, the County Clerk of Oklahoma County “shall cause the notice to be marked, held and indexed in accordance with the provisions of Subsection 4 of Section 9-403 of Title 12-A of the Oklahoma Statutes as if the notice were a financing statement with the meaning of the Uniform Commercial Code.” The expiration term for an IRS lien is ten years unless released by the United States Internal Revenue Service. Upon request, the filing officer shall furnish a copy of any notice of federal lien, or notice or certificate affecting a federal lien, for a fee of One Dollar ($1.00) per page.
