Accounts Payable

The Oklahoma County Clerk is responsible for making disbursements to all vendors for purchasing of materials utilized by Oklahoma County employees in their daily work at the County Courthouse and other County facilities. The Oklahoma County Accounts Payable office processes approximately 500 to 600 remittances for vendor invoices each and every week. The Board of County Commissioner’s requires that all disbursements be approved prior to the distribution of the intended vendor.
