From the West:  From I-40 and I-44 (Fairgrounds), take I-40 East.  Take the Western Exit.  Go North (left) on Western to 4th Street.  Turn East (right) on 4th Street and follow it to Hudson (1 block).   Turn South (right) and go almost 2 blocks. Enter the parking garage just before Robert S. Kerr and park there.  The County Building is across the street South at 320 Robert S. Kerr. 


From the East and from I-35 South:  Take I-40 West to Shields Exit.  Turn North (right) onto E.K. Gaylord Blvd, and go approximately 5 blocks to 4th Street.  Turn West (left) on 4th and go to Hudson. Go south (left) on Hudson for 2 blocks. Enter the parking garage on your left just before Robert S. Kerr and park there.  The County Building is across the street South at 320 Robert S. Kerr. 


From Broadway Extension:  Take Broadway Extension to 6th Street Exit.  Go West (right) on 6th Street to Hudson.  Turn South (left on Hudson) to Robert S. Kerr.  Just before reaching intersection at Hudson and Kerr, turn left into the parking garage.  The County Building is across the street South at 320 Robert S. Kerr.

Parking Instructions
Metro Parking Garage is open at 6:00 a. m. each weekday, Monday through Friday, for cash customers. Cash customers will not be able to pull tickets after 5:30 each day.

The rates are $2.00 for the first hour, $1.00 each hour after that for a maximum of $7.00 for the day. The lobby closes at 8:00 p. m. each evening for cash customers to use the Pay Stations.

The parking garage is a cash only garage using the Pay on Foot pay stations located in the lobby at the street level, east end of the parking garage. There is an ATM machine located in the lobby for customer convenience. The garage is connected directly to the Underground tunnel that can be used during inclement weather, etc.

The monthly rate is $90.00 plus tax for a total of $97.54. Monthly customers have 24/7 access using their transponders provided by Metro Parking. These transponders are placed on the vehicle windshield under the rear view mirror. This will allow the gate arms to raise and lower for entering and exiting. A deposit of $32.50 is required for transponder at the time of signing a monthly contract with Metro Parking. This deposit is returned after customer has issued a 30 day written notice indicating that they no longer desire to utilize the parking garage.
