Clerks of Boards

The Clerk’s office must do scanning, indexing, and back up documentation of all official documents and records related to not only the twelve organizations for whom the County Clerk keeps documents, but also for all eight elected officials of Oklahoma County. This is our primary statutory function as members of the County Clerk’s Office, Clerks of the Boards division.
