Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding further By selecting YES, I/we declare that I/we are authorized to establish an account to electronically file Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Financing Statements, via the Internet’s World Wide Web, with the Oklahoma UCC Central Filing Office By selecting YES, I/we agree and authorize the Oklahoma UCC Central Filing Office, which is operated and maintained by Carolynn Caudill, Oklahoma County Clerk, to establish and verify all necessary communication links, along with the confirmation and validation of all account information, for payments made to the Oklahoma UCC Central Filing Office via Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, checks, drafts, credit card, debit card, or any additional forms of payments deemed acceptable, from time to time, by the Oklahoma UCC Central Filing Office By selecting YES, I/we are affirming our acceptance of the Oklahoma UCC Central Filing Office Administrative Rules, these rules being required by Oklahoma Statute 2001Title 12A § 1-9-5. I/we further acknowledge the risks associated with Internet/Web based transactions and will hold the Oklahoma UCC Central Filing Office and Carolynn Caudill, Oklahoma County Clerk harmless for delays, errors, or omissions related to any technical failure, communication failure, or personnel related failure now or in the future. By selecting YES, I/we certify and affirm that the information being transmitted to the Oklahoma UCC Central Filing Office is legitimate and permissible under the UCC, as defined in Oklahoma Statutes 2001 Title 12A § 1-9-101 et seq. I/we further acknowledge that bogus information or sham filings transmitted to the Oklahoma UCC Central Filing Office are criminal offenses prosecutable under the civil and criminal laws of this state.
