Service Highlights

  • Updated and maintained ROD, UCC and other administrative workstations.
  • Facilitated document storage and preservation by scanning past minutes onto media to ensure search functionality and a greater life cycle of document information.
  • Implemented capability of electronic filing by integrating existing EDMS application for the purpose of Oklahoma Tax Commission filings.
  • Received approval to implement requirements to offer banks, abstract companies and others the capability to electronically file Real Estate records.
  • Performed enhancements to UCC and ROD applications.
  • Served 60+ end-users and provided technical expertise to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Continued to be the front runner in the endorsement and participation in the County Software Share program.
  • Upon completion of the imaging project, Oklahoma County will be the first in the State to offer land records online.

IT Department Mission:
To serve as the technological operational foundation for the Clerk’s Office by producing, developing and maintaining in-house software and application code while serving end-users by troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient daily operations.
