Service Highlights - Updated and maintained ROD, UCC and other administrative workstations.
- Facilitated document storage and preservation by scanning past minutes onto media to ensure search functionality and a greater life cycle of document information.
- Implemented capability of electronic filing by integrating existing EDMS application for the purpose of Oklahoma Tax Commission filings.
- Received approval to implement requirements to offer banks, abstract companies and others the capability to electronically file Real Estate records.
- Performed enhancements to UCC and ROD applications.
- Served 60+ end-users and provided technical expertise to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Continued to be the front runner in the endorsement and participation in the County Software Share program.
- Upon completion of the imaging project, Oklahoma County will be the first in the State to offer land records online.
